On Tuesday afternoon (29) Flamengo was judged by the Full Court of Sports Justice and the result was changed in the second instance to allow the basketball team to play the third game of the State final, on December 06thThe match will be played in the presence of its fans, thanks to the work of the club's legal department. The game will take place at the Tijuca Tennis Club gymnasium. at 21h, and will be broadcast live on SporTV. Tickets will be sold exclusively to Flamengo fans.

The trial took place after Flamengo was punished with a fine of R$10 and two matches behind closed doors following a regrettable conflict between its fans on October 03rd, during the match between Vasco and Flamengo in the first phase of the State Championship. 

On October 24th, the date of the first game of the final series between Flamengo and Vasco, Flamengo had obtained, by decision of the President of the STJD of Basketball, Dr. Fabricio Dazzi, the granting of the requested suspensive effect and permission to hold the two final games with open gates for its fans. However, this was a provisional decision. This Tuesday, Flamengo obtained the definitive result and will finally be able to reunite with its fans to fight for its twelfth consecutive title in the Rio de Janeiro state championship.
