By - in
The red-and-black basketball team takes to the court again on Wednesday night (15.10). The second match, in a series of three friendly matches in the 2014/2015 NBA preseason, will take place in Florida, against the Orlando Magic, at 20 pm, Brasília time.

The match, which will be held at the Amway Center, the home team's arena, is another milestone in the history of the red-black team, which has been making history with a series of achievements and writing its name on the national and, now, international basketball scene.

the opponent
The Orlando team has never won an NBA title, but since it was founded in 1989, it has maintained its place among great teams, even reaching the finals in the 1994/1995 and 2008/2009 seasons.

Despite being a relatively new team, the Orlando Magic have made the playoffs for more than half of their NBA seasons, demonstrating their quality and the respect they've earned within the league. Despite this, the Florida team finished a modest sixth in the Eastern Conference last season.

Transmission
SporTV3 and ESPN+ will broadcast the game live, and GloboEsporte.com will be following the match in real time. In addition, fans who go to Maracanã this Wednesday (15.10) to cheer on Flamengo against América-RN in the second leg of the Copa do Brasil should arrive early to watch Flabasquete on the stadium's big screen, starting at 20 pm.

Preparation
The red-and-black team flew to Orlando the day after their match against the Phoenix Suns. After a long trip, the players were given a break and took the opportunity to visit the facilities of the city's soccer club, Orlando City.

Preparations for the game against Magic resumed on Saturday (October 11.10) on the ESPN Center court. Training included exercises in the arena's gym, followed by technical work. On Monday (October 13.10), the Pride of the Nation delegation received a distinguished visitor. Bernardinho, coach of the Men's Volleyball Team, attended the team's training session, where he spoke with the coaching staff and players and emphasized the seriousness of the project being implemented in Flamengo's basketball team.

Rules
The American Basketball League's rules are not the same as those of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). Here's what's changing for Wednesday's match:
