This Saturday (14.12), the Flamengo team will take to the court for the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), against São José, an opponent they defeated in the semifinals of the last edition of the national competition. The great rivalry match will take place on the court of Tijuca Tênis Clube, at 17 pm, and will be valid for the 10th round.

Point guard Gegê believes that the fans' support will be essential for the team's good performance, as they fight for their seventh victory in nine games.

"It's very important for the fans to be with us, especially in this game, which is a rematch with São José, our semi-final opponent from last season. Everyone knows it will be a very close game. Last season (2012/2013), we managed to win all our home games with the support of the fans," he declared.
