Three categories of the red-black basketball team took to the court last Saturday (10). Playing at Vasco's gym, the teams faced the home team in another round of the Carioca Youth Championship.
Flamengo kicked off another round of the Campeonato Carioca youth team with a comfortable victory over Vasco da Gama in the under-13 category. In the derby, the "Mais Querido" secured the victory by defeating their opponents 34-22.
Fighting until the end, the U15 team ended up losing by just one point, 69-68. The U17 team also couldn't maintain their good streak. Despite fighting for the result, Vasco emerged victorious, 76-66.
