This Saturday (March 14.03), the Pride of the Nation faces Pioneros de Quintana Roo (MEX) at Maracanãzinho in the first match of the League of the Americas Final Four.
Flamengo and Pioneros have already faced each other in the competition. In the first phase, played in Cancún, Pioneros' home ground, the Mexican team won 86-81. At the time, Flamengo was already guaranteed first place in the group and, despite the loss, advanced to the next phase at the top of the table.
The match takes place at 20:15 pm and tickets are on sale. The winner will qualify for the final on Sunday (15.03) against the winner of Peñarol-URU vs. Bauru.
FlaBasquete players called the fans to Maracanãzinho. Meyinsse said that playing for Flamengo is like playing with family and thanked the fans for their affection.. Benite and Marquinhos have already commented on their expectations for the final phase of the League of the Americas and stated: team and fans are one.
