Flamengo's under-22 basketball team faced Bauru on Saturday afternoon and lost 69-59 in the LDB (Basketball Development League). As a result, the red-and-black team is out of the competition's final. The match took place at the Nilson Nelson gymnasium in Brasília.

The match started evenly, with Flamengo playing a strong defense. However, as the match progressed, the São Paulo team began to take control and eventually increased the lead. Before this Saturday, Flamengo was undefeated in the competition.

Flamengo fought until the end, but couldn't close the gap and ended up bowing out of the LDB. Flamengo was fighting for its second championship title.
