Center Caio Torres is guaranteed a spot in this Saturday's NBB final between Flamengo and Uberlândia at the HSBC Arena. After being suspended by the Superior Court of Sports Justice for Basketball (STBJ) for the altercation at the end of the fourth game of the semifinals against São José, the club's legal department filed a request for reconsideration of the suspension, which was granted Thursday night by the body's president, Fabrício Dazzi.

"I'm happy to have managed to convince the president of the Superior Court of Justice (STJD) that the athlete Caio did not commit an act of serious indiscipline, for being able to overturn the suspension and for being able to help Flamengo enter the final with full force," said Flamengo's vice president of legal affairs, Flávio Willeman.
