Next weekend, on July 01st and 02.07nd, the Mais Querido basketball team will take to the court once again. The red-and-black team will travel to the interior of São Paulo to compete in the Pindamonhangaba Basketball Cup.

On the first day of competition, Saturday (01), the under-17 men's team will face Guaratinguetá in the first match, at 11 am, valid for the semifinal. The third place match and the final will be held on Sunday (02), at 11 am and 15 pm, respectively. In the other semifinal, Pindamonhangaba will face Paulistano.

The Flamengo Regatas Club basketball teams receive funding from their sponsors – Estácio, AmBev, Rede D'or, IRB Brasil RE, CSN, Brasil Plural, and EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), as well as support from the Brazilian Club Committee (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources generated by the Pelé Law. The Flamengo Guardian Angel Project, a personal tax transfer, benefits all Olympic sports of the Most Beloved Club.
