Flamengo has a bad night and loses to Paulistano away from home
The team will play again next week, when they take to the court for the South American Cup.

The match was valid for another round of the Novo Basquete Brasil 11 and Olivinha stood out for the red-and-black team, scoring 28 points. With the result, Mais Querido reaches eight wins and three losses in eleven games.
Flamengo started the game very well and managed to open up a good lead, mainly due to the performances of Olivinha and Anderson Varejão. With good rotations from Gustavo De Conti, the "Mais Querido" (Most Beloved) took advantage of fouls committed by Paulistano to extend their lead. The opposing team made some mistakes, helping the team from Gávea to close the first quarter winning 23-16.
