After the victory against Limeira, last Monday (10.03), in the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), coach José Neto analyzed the Rubro-Negro's next challenge in the national championship. For the coach, Macaé is an old acquaintance, in addition to being a dangerous team at home.

 

"Macaé is our opponent in the Carioca Championship; we've played them several times. I even think they're the team we've played the most this season. And just as we know them well, they know us well. They're coming off a longer break, so I think they'll be better prepared. It's going to be a tough game. There (in Macaé), they always play hard and have had important victories at home. Now we have to prepare hard for this match. We have a day off tomorrow (this Tuesday, the 11th), and on Wednesday we'll start specific training for the game against Macaé," said the coach.

 

Leader, with 22 wins in 26 games, and very close to securing a place in the NBB quarterfinals, Fla faces Macaé next Saturday (15.03), at Ginásio Tênis Clube Macaé, Juquinha, at 19:30 pm, for the 32nd round of the championship.
