FlaBasquete kicked off its season preparations with a bang! In a practice match held at the Hélio Maurício gymnasium in Gávea, the "Mais Querido" defeated the Cameroon national team by a score of 90-82.
Coach José Neto's team tested play variations and defensive play, given the opponents' high physical strength, and performed very well. Center JP Batista led the way with 19 points, followed by winger Marquinhos with 17.
