Flamengo defeats Basquete Cearense on the penultimate day of the first phase of the LDB
Rubro-negros remain undefeated in the youth competition

Facing Basquete Cearense, the Mais Querido team relied on a great performance from Matheus Weber, who scored 20 points in the first quarter alone, for a 92-36 victory. In four matches, they have achieved four positive results.
Destroying from the opening minutes, Weber had a 100% shooting percentage in the first 10 minutes. Maciel also showed well, scoring 8 points. With a healthy 32-12 lead, Rodrigo 'Galego' rotated the team, giving opportunities to players with less court time. Strong on defense and offense, Flamengo maintained its strong pace and went into halftime leading 52-21.
Maintaining their strong performance, Mengo managed to score more points and defend well, securing a positive result early. The third quarter ended 70-27, while the final quarter ended 92-36.
In the last round of the first phase of the LDB, played this Monday (29), Rubro-Negro receives Pinheiros, at 13:30 pm, at Tijuca Tênis Clube. The duel will be the dispute to see who comes out with the undefeated record, since the teams have not yet lost.
