The red-and-black under-22 basketball team secured its second consecutive victory in the Basketball Development League (LDB). With significant help from Cristiano Felício, who is also a member of the club's starting lineup, the Pride of the Nation boys defeated Uberlândia in a match that kicked off the second phase of the competition.

The red-and-black team, which took the court with Daniel, Gigante, Chupeta, Diego, and Tiago, started the first quarter with a good pace, leading them to a 13-11 lead. But in a slower second quarter, the Uberlândia team ended up winning 10-8, tying the score.

But Flabasquete was definitely motivated to leave the game with a win, and with excellent ball movement, the team managed to dominate the court. With Felício's entry into the game, the red-and-black team comfortably won the third and fourth quarters. With the center recording a double-double with 16 points and 16 rebounds, Flamengo closed the game 63-51, earning its fourth victory in seven games.

The boys led by coach Paulo Chupeta return to the court this Monday (01.12), against Basquete Cearense, in the eighth round of the LDB, at 16:30 pm.
