The game started off electrifying, but with the Northeastern team slightly superior. With strong attacks from Felipe Ribeiro, Carcará started strong, and Flamengo responded with strong plays from Rafael Mineiro. After the first 10 minutes, the score was 25-18 for the Ceará team.
