Flamengo is back in the Novo Basquete Brasil final. With a great performance, especially in the last quarter, the "Mais Querido" (Most Beloved) defeated Botafogo 90-75 on Tuesday, away from home, and closed the semifinal series 3-1. Marquinhos, with 23 points, was the team's standout player. He was Flamengo's top scorer.

Flamengo, nicknamed "O Mais Querido" (The Most Beloved), begins its NBB (Brazilian Basketball League) campaign on Sunday at 10:45 AM at Maracanãzinho against Franca, who defeated Mogi in the other semifinal. 

In Tuesday's game against Botafogo, the first three quarters were very balanced. But in the last quarter, the star player Marquinhos shone, excelling from three-point range. Franco Balbi also greatly improved his performance. Flamengo is in the fight for another NBB title! #YouHaveToRespect!
