The Lineu de Moura gymnasium was the stage for another Flamengo away victory in the New Basketball Brazil (NBB). Flamengo defeated São José 94-71, with a great performance by Benite, who came off the bench to lead the scorer with 24 points. Dunks by Meyinsse and Felício also thrilled the tireless Flamengo fans in the stands. The Pride of the Nation's next match will be on Tuesday (16/12), at 7:30 pm, against Brasília, at the Tijuca Tennis Club.

"Today our biggest merit was our defense, which wasn't playing well. This shows our improvement from last week, where we worked hard since we didn't have a game," analyzed captain Marcelinho.
