Playing away from home, FlaBasquete managed to demonstrate great collective play and beat Cerrado 102 to 70 on Tuesday night (21), at the ASCEB gym, in another round of the NBB. The highlight of the match was Gui Deodato with 14 points.

The game
FlaBasquete started the match by showing its calling card right away, with a three-pointer from Gabriel Jaú. Cerrado, in turn, attempted shots, but the ball wouldn't go in. On the first foul in favor of the Rubro-Negro, Fischer converted both free throws. Mengão's defense worked very well, leaving no space for the Brasília team. Gabriel Jaú stood out, grabbing four defensive rebounds in just five minutes of play. Penka Aguirre scored another three-pointer for Flamengo, opening up a 14-point lead. The Pride of the Nation dominated the first quarter, achieving a wide margin: 26-12.

The "Mais Querido" (the "Most Beloved") continued its defensive stellar performance in the second quarter, preventing any kind of comeback from Cerrado. Loku Cuello took a three-point shot, but the ball fell. He repeated the feat in the sequence, hitting another three-pointer. Jaú made a beautiful pass to Olivinha in the paint, and he finished with a hook shot, scoring two more points. Fischer led the way with six assists in the game. It's also worth noting that Olivinha came out very well. Luke Martinez, the red-and-black sniper, came onto the court and converted a three-pointer. The "Pride of the Nation" closed the second quarter with a solid lead: 53-27.

After halftime, Fischer added two more points on a layup. Gabriel Jaú, after a steal, buried two more for Mengão. Gui Deodato found space and hit another three-pointer. FlaBasquete continued to dominate the game with excellent teamwork, closing the quarter with a large lead: 74-49.

In the final quarter, the Mais Querido continued to work the ball well on offense. Gui Deodato and Fischer scored two more three-pointers, further increasing the lead in favor of the Rubro-Negro. With total dominance and excellent collective play, the Orgulho da Nação closed out the match with a 102-70 victory, securing a good away result in the NBB.
