Argentine Gonzalo Garcia is no longer the coach of Flamengo's basketball team. The coach signed a two-year contract with La Union, from Formosa, Argentina. He had been with Flamengo since January 2011. The Flamengo board is expected to announce the new coach in the coming weeks. After bidding farewell to the NBB, the team is currently on vacation.
