Guto agrees to return to Flamengo
The player will wear the number 6 jersey, the same one he wore in the historic 2005 state title campaign.

Guteberg Pereira de Souza is back at Flamengo. Many Flamengo fans may not know him by his full name, but basketball fans will remember Guto, the shooting guard who wore the number six jersey and played for six seasons at Gávea, winning the Rio de Janeiro state championship twice in 2005 and 2006. A product of the club's talent, Guto, now 27, will return to the red and black jersey in 2010. The player underwent tests on Tuesday (August 17.08) and Wednesday (September 18.09), and is expected to begin training with his new teammates on Thursday (August 19.08).
For fans who have recently started following basketball, it's worth remembering that it was in 2005 that Flamengo's streak of five consecutive Rio titles began.
