After landing in Gávea for the first time last Friday (January 13.01th), Hakeem Rollins, the new center for FlaBasquete, will be presented at the Rogerio Steinberg auditorium, at the club's headquarters, this Thursday (January 19.01th), at 11 am.

The American athlete arrives at Flamengo to join the five-time champion team of the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), led by the Flamengo coach and four-time Brazilian champion, José Neto, and unite in the fight for another title in the national competition.

The Vice President of Olympic Sports, Alexandre Póvoa, and the Executive Director of the department, Marcelo Vido, will be present at the event to present the Sacred Mantle to the player. 

The event will be open to the press, upon accreditation (imprensa@flamengo.com.br), and to members of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo.

After the press conference, Hakeem will join his teammates for their first on-court training session at the Hélio Maurício gymnasium. 

FlaBasquete's next challenge will be on Saturday (21), at 14 pm, against Franca, at Tijuca Tênis Clube. Tickets are now on sale online., as well as tickets for Flamengo x Bauru, on Tuesday (24).
