After suffering a fracture in the fifth metatarsal of his left foot on October 6, in the match against Macaé for the Campeonato Carioca, Humberto is in the final stages of recovery and has been training running and walking on the official football field in Gávea for two weeks, under the supervision of physical trainer Diego Falcão.

"I think I'm progressing very well in training. I'm back to running at a good pace, and thank God, I haven't felt anything. Now my biggest concern is my physical condition, especially since I was out for a long time. Now I have to get ready physically as quickly as possible so I can return to the team and help my teammates," said the point guard.

The athlete has already completed the medical and physical therapy phase and is now undergoing transition training with a professional from CUIDAR (Unified Center for Identification and Development of Performance Athletes) to return to the court. He is expected to return to training normally within two weeks and be available to coach José Neto.
