Humberto is ready to play in an official match again for FlaBasquete. After two months out of action due to an injury during the State disputesual, the point guard will be available to coach José Neto this Tuesday (20), when Rubro-Negro will face Basquete Cearense in the 11th round of Novo Basquete Brasil, at 19:30 pm, at the Tijuca Tênis Clube Gymnasium.

The player spoke exclusively to Flamengo's Official Website about his expectations for the game.

"Expectations are the best possible. We waited a long time for my return, not 100% because after being out for two months it's very difficult to come back 100%, but I would say 80, 90% recovered. Regarding the injury, everything is fine, I'm referring to the physical part, which I feel a little. I'm readapting to the court, the plays, but my expectations are the best possible", declares the Pride of the Nation's number 19.

Flamengo is undefeated in the NBB9, with eight wins in eight games. If they beat Ceará this Tuesday, the "Mais Querido" will surpass their opponents in the record for consecutive wins in the qualifying phase of the national competition and will be second only to themselves, as in 2012/13 the Rubro-Negro achieved an incredible 20 wins in 20 games. Regarding this streak, Humberto says he's counting on the fans to keep up the good form.

"I hope to be able to help my teammates while I'm on the court. The team has had some good games, some good wins, and no losses, so the responsibility of rejoining the group is huge. I'll give my all when I'm on the court, and I hope I can also count on the support of the nation," the point guard concluded.
