Flamengo's adult basketball team will train in full for the first time this season this Monday (03.09), starting at 11 am, at the Hélio Maurício gymnasium, in Gávea. The players who competed in the London Olympics, Marcelinho, Caio Torres and Marquinhos, as well as the American Kojo (whose work visa has already been regularized), and coach José Neto will join the rest of the group.

For the past two weeks, part of the team has been carrying out physical tests and technical adaptation training, led by assistant coach João Batista and physical trainers Diego Falcão and Rafael Bernardelli.

Flamengo's first competition of the 2012/2013 season will be the State Championship, a date yet to be set. After that, the team will compete in the first phase of the South American League at the end of October and the NBB starting in November.
