Flamengo is the new leader of the Novo Basquete Brasil. This Sunday morning (March 14.03), the red-and-black team defeated Paulistano, away from home, 86-77, and moved closer to the top of the competition. Brasília, the team in first place until then, had a game in hand and did not play in the round. All coach Paulo Chupeta's team needed to equal their opponents' record was a win, and they got it.
