On Friday night (14), Flamengo hosted Paisas on its court and won the match playing great football. With a great performance by Jordan Williams, the Pride of the Nation won 102 to 65, 37 points difference. With the result, the Most Beloved qualified for the Final Four of the Champions League Americas, in April. The opponent will be Franca.

1st bedroom

Mengão started off very well. On the very first play, Shaq Johnson received a pass on the wing and, despite being well-marked, converted a three-pointer. Mengão opened up a 7-point lead at the start of the quarter, with the last two points coming  with a dunk. Ruan then recovered the ball and scored two points. In two consecutive shots, Jordan Williams managed to hit a three-pointer and made a pass from Shaq Johnson. The Pride of the Nation dominated the first quarter and took a 17-point lead, 29-12.

2st bedroom

In the second half, Flamengo again played very confidently and efficiently. Highlights included Gui Deodato, who scored 10 points, and Jordan Williams, who knocked down three three-pointers and finished with a dunk, sending the nation into a frenzy! Flamengo finished the quarter leading by an incredible 33 points, 66-33.

31st room

Flamengo returned from halftime with a rhythm to control the game, but they still played hard, scoring 23 points in the quarter. Shaq, Jhonatan, and Jordan Williams all scored three-pointers for the Nation. There was also a sensational play in the final minutes: Balbi passed behind his back to Gallizzi, who dunked. 89-50 for the Most Beloved.

4st bedroom

Flamengo reached an incredible 102 points in the final quarter. With the game at a significant margin, Sergio Hernández gave the youngsters a chance to play, with Matheus Gueiros and Luan Rodrigues coming on and scoring. An excellent victory for Flamengo.

Next challenge

After an excellent victory, Orgulho da Nação continues its journey to Belo Horizonte and will face the Minas team next Wednesday (19) at 19 pm, for the NBB.
