At Arena Carioca 1, Flamengo and Vasco compete in the first NBB 11 Clássico dos Milhões

It's time for the first Clássico dos Milhões in NBB 11. This Saturday, at 14 p.m., at Arena Carioca 1, Flamengo and Vasco face off in a match valid for the ninth round of the championship. The Mais Querido, second in the standings, counts on the support of the Nação Rubro-Negra to maintain its supremacy in the Rio classics this year and get back to winning ways.

The historic

In the classic that draws the two biggest fan bases in Rio de Janeiro, Flamengo has an excellent track record. In the four times the teams have faced each other in the Novo Basquete Brasil competition, Flamengo has come away with a positive result on three occasions. In the last match, in the 17/18 season, Flamengo won 89-65. 

Mengão had a 100% record this year, winning both matches in the Campeonato Carioca, 93-69 and 87-64.
