The Most Beloved enters the court this Friday (19) for another challenge valid for NBB 10. Leader of the championship, FlaBasquete faces Botafogo, at Arena Carioca 1, at 20 pm. After six consecutive victories, Flamengo seeks to isolate itself even more at the top of the competition.

In the last round, Rubro-Negro defeated Vitória 76-68 in a game marked by the performance of power forward MJ Rhett. With 16 points, the American was the top scorer of the match and had his best performance in the Manto Sagrado. 

The match will feature a presentation by center Anderson Varejão to the Red-Black Nation. Gávea's new number 17 will closely follow every detail of the Rio derby and will have his first encounter with Brazil's Biggest Fanbase.

This will be the first match between the teams in a NBB match. The last time the classic was played, in the Copa Avianca preseason tournament, the Mais Querido emerged victorious by a score of 86-76. Marquinhos led the way with 19 points.
