In overtime, FlaBasquete beats São José 102-97 away from home
Olivinha was the highlight for the red-black team with 21 points and seven rebounds.

The game
In the first quarter, São José started better, opening up a six-point lead. Gradually, the Pride of the Nation began to settle into the game and organize its attacking plays better. The match remained evenly matched, with Mengão tying the score thanks to three-pointers converted by Zach Graham, who had a well-timed hand. At the end of the quarter, the home team scored three more points to close the quarter at 27-24.
FlaBasquete returned for the second quarter looking to better organize its offensive plays. On defense, the red-and-black team managed to steal balls, quickly transitioning to attack. Marquinhos grew in the match and helped the team with three-pointers, as did Olivinha, who returned to the court and proved crucial in the red-and-black team finishing the first half ahead 47-41.
In the third quarter, São José came back stronger and closed the gap. But Mengão had Zach Graham, who was hitting all the three-pointers. Franco Balbi, once again, was excellent with assists and setting up his teammates to score. It's worth noting that the red-and-black team had a good three-point shooting percentage. Leo Demétrio also had a great game, both offensively and defensively. FlaBasquete remained ahead, 75-62.
In the final, decisive quarter, Mengão maintained the same intensity and exploited the São Paulo team's attacking errors to score. Halfway through the quarter, São José fought back and got back on the scoreboard. The Mais Querido made a few offensive errors and missed a few opportunities. The match ended tied at 86-86 and went into overtime.
In overtime, the duel became thrilling and fought hard. Flamengo was valiant and managed to win the match 102-97, maintaining its undisputed lead in the championship.
