After the match, coach José Neto assured that the team will travel to their opponent's home ground thinking only of winning.

"We don't think about defeat. We're going to Mogi now always thinking about victory. The series isn't over. We can't think about what happened while we have the chance to reverse it. We travel with the goal of going in to win. We know it's difficult, but our team is capable," he said.

The Flamengo defense performed very well in the match, which saw the opponent score poorly. However, Flamengo, despite their fierce fighting spirit until the final seconds, struggled to mount attacks. "They rebounded well, but we managed to lower their scoring average. The downside was that we weren't able to score well," said the coach.

José Neto also believes the team can take lessons from this into the upcoming matches against Mogi. "The lesson we need to learn is to be consistent offensively.
