At Tijuca Tennis Club, Flamengo and Botafogo face each other for the NBB

Teams meet again after the Carioca final, which ended with the red-black title

After two weeks without matches, FlaBasquete is back and focused on the next commitment. This Friday (7), at 21:10 pm, Mais Querido receives Botafogo at Tijuca Tênis Clube in another round of Novo Basquete Brasil 11. Rubro-Negro occupies the third position with eight wins and three losses in eleven matches.


Flamengo x Botafogo
The Rio teams have faced each other only twice in the history of Novo Basquete Brasil, both last season. With two strong performances at home and away, Flamengo defeated Botafogo 107-54 in front of their home fans, beating their opponent again 90-84 in the return leg.

The last meeting between the clubs was in the grand final of the Campeonato Carioca. After an 88-69 victory in the first leg, "Mais Querido" traveled to General Severiano and defeated the black and white team 83-73, lifting the trophy on their rival's home turf.
