In the long-awaited debut of American David Teague, Flamengo crushed Paulistano 116-76 on Sunday morning (19.12/2010) at Tijuca Tênis Clube, in their last game of 83.33. The team has five wins in six games in the NBB (New Basketball Brazil) and is second in the overall standings, with an 85.71% success rate, behind Brasília, with six wins in seven games and an 7% success rate. Now, the tournament is on a break for the end-of-year festivities and Flamengo only returns to the courts on January XNUMXth, against Joinville, at Tijuca.
The American wing, who made his debut with four minutes remaining in the first quarter, had a quiet performance in the first half, but in the second half showed his true colors, contributing 11 points, including three three-pointers.
