Back in the arms of the Nation! After winning the second world championship in Egypt on the 13th, FlaBasquete returns to Maracanãzinho this Wednesday (02). The opponent is Cerrado, a team from Brasília, for the NBB, at 20 pm. The match will be broadcast live on FlaTV and tickets are already on sale, starting at 15 reais, at flamengo.superingresso.com.br.

The two teams have faced each other only three times in the competition's history, with Flamengo winning 100%. In the 21/22 season, Flamengo and Cerrado faced off in the final match of the year, on December 30th in the Federal District. Flamengo, currently in third place, won 3-91.

Cast:

FlaBasquete will have a full roster for the match against the Brasilia team. Point guard Yago Mateus, power forward Rafael Mineiro, and coach Gustavo De Conti spent the last week with the Brazilian National Team for the World Cup qualifiers in Franca, São Paulo, and achieved two victories for the country in the competition. American-born Jordanian Dar Tucker also fulfilled commitments with the team and is now back in Rio de Janeiro.
