This Friday (31), Flamengo held its final training session before the decisive match against Franca. The game, valid for the finals of the New Basketball Brazil, will have an all-or-nothing feel for the Most Beloved. Needing a victory to maintain its chances of winning the competition's sixth championship, the Rubro-Negro trained hard throughout the week and will count on a Maracanãzinho packed by the Nação Rubro-Negra in search of a positive result. 

Flamengo idol Olivinha spoke to the Official Website about his expectations for the game and highlighted the importance of playing with the support of the fans.

"We'll be playing at home, so we'll be counting on the support of our fans. We know it will be a very difficult match, but we're confident and we know the quality of our team," said the number 16.

The power forward also highlighted the stance that the squad must have, based on focus throughout the match.

"We're very strong at home, we have to take advantage of the fans and stay focused for the entire 40 minutes, focused the whole time, because we know that any loss of focus can make the match more difficult," he said.

Finally, the greatest rebounder in the history of the NBB appeared confident.

"We need a lot of intensity to play a great game and come away with the victory to decide the title in Franca"
