This Wednesday (1), the Nação Rubro-Negra was challenged to a mission: the club's official Twitter profile held a popular vote to elect "The Man of Mengão" for the month of May. The format was a crowd favorite: the knockout tournament.
In the first group, Willian Arão, Éverton, Jorge and Alex dueled in the poll, won by the number 5 of the red-black football team (32%), who was captain of the team in victory over Ponte Preta, on Sunday (29). In the second group, only homegrown talent: Felipe Vizeu, Léo Duarte, Paulo Victor and the winner, Juan (53%). Then, Alan Patrick, Rodinei, Márcio Araújo and coach Zé Ricardo competed, with the majority of votes going to the midfielder wearing the number 19 shirt (38%).
Finally, the red-black highlights of the NBB finals CAIXA vs Bauru, Marcelinho, Marquinhos, Olivinha and Rafa Luz. The power forward won the poll among his teammates (38%) and, in the final against the other competitors, Arão, Juan and Alan Patrick, he was elected The Man of Mengão with 34% of the votes!
