After debuting with a victory in the second round of the State Basketball Championship, Flamengo's under-14 and under-19 teams face a new challenge this Wednesday (27.06). The red-blacks face Municipal, at the Club Municipal gym, in the second round.

The under-14 team, which is undefeated in the tournament, will be the first to take the court at 18:30 p.m. In the last round, the team defeated Central, 76-56. Next, at 20 p.m., the under-19 boys will try to repeat the good result of the match against Nova Iguaçu, in the opening round of the second round, when they won 112-38. The team finished the first round in second place in the overall standings, with six wins in eight games.

The third round of the second half of the season for both categories will begin on July 08.07th, when the under-19s face Jacarepaguá at 11 a.m. away from home. The under-14s return to the court on July 11.07th against Vasco at 18:30 p.m. at the Hélio Maurício gymnasium in Gávea.
