Flamengo has secured another contract extension for the 2017/18 season. Ronald Ramon will also be part of the Flamengo squad next year and will be seeking another title with the Sacred Mantle.
Ronald Ricardo Ramon Guerreiro arrived at Flamengo in 2015/16 and won the championship with the red-and-black jersey in his first season. Previously, the point guard had played for Limeira for five years.
In the NBB9, the number 10 played for 920.2 minutes, scoring 318 points, 79 rebounds and 129 assists. Ramon also hit 413 three-pointers and has a 49% success rate from deep.
"I'm very happy to be able to defend the Sacred Mantle for another year and also happy with the confidence of the coaching staff and board in my work. Having this fantastic crowd behind me again will be incredible," said the number 10.
