Rubro-Negros are called up for the World Cup Qualifiers

Marquinhos, Rafael Mineiro and Anderson Varejão are part of the Brazilian National Team! This Thursday (24), the Brazilian Basketball Confederation (CBB) released the list of 12 players called up by coach Aleksandar Petrovic for the games against the Virgin Islands and the Dominican Republic, in the last window of the Qualifiers for the World Cup in China.

Brazil will play away from home in this final stage of the qualifiers. The team will face the Virgin Islands on Thursday, February 21st, at the UVI Sports and Fitness Center in Saint Thomas, and the Dominican Republic on Sunday, February 25th, at the Palacio de los Deportes in Santo Domingo.
