Flamengo boys lost to Fluminense by 66 to 71

In a very balanced game, Flamengo's under-14 basketball team let victory slip away, by five points, on the night of last Wednesday (18.05). The team, which was undefeated in the State Championship, was beaten by Fluminense, by 66 to 71, at the Hélio Maurício Gymnasium, in Gávea.
The top scorer was Henrique, from Fluminense, with 26 points. For Flamengo, Douglas Rodrigues, with 25 points, and Felipe Novellino, with 21, stood out. The team returns to the court on June 1st, against Municipal, at 18:30 pm, in Gávea.
This Sunday (22.05), the junior, children's and infant teams will take to the court against Municipal, starting at 13 pm, at the Municipal club gym, in Tijuca. The youth team will face Iguaçu, on Wednesday (25.05), at 18 pm, in Nova Iguaçu.
