The boys from the under-14 and under-15 red-black basketball base started the 20th South American Basketball Meeting in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul, on the right foot and with a calibrated hand. 

The first team to debut in the competition was the under-14 team, taking to the court for the first time at 8 am on Monday (25). The Flamengo boys started the tournament well, winning their first duel, against Minas, by 43 to 23. At 17 pm, the kids returned to the court and defeated the Vizinhança team by 59 to 40. The next match will be this Tuesday (26) at 18:30 pm against Ginástica.

For the under-15s, the Biggest in the World debuted by beating Sport 55 to 27, at 11 am. Then, at 17 pm, they beat the Juvenil team 75 to 18. The next match will be against Apaba this Tuesday (26) at 20 pm.
