Flamengo secured another victory in the U-14 State Basketball Championship. Against Comary in Teresópolis, the "Mais Querido" defeated the home team by a century-old score of 100-35. In a stellar collective performance, the Garotos da Gávea featured Ronaldo Neto, who scored 24 points and was the game's top scorer.

Coach Igor Melleti's team remains strong in the state competition. With last Sunday's victory, the team took the lead in the standings and remains undefeated with six wins in six matches. With a 180-point goal difference, the team stands out for having the best defense in the championship, as well as the second-best attack in the tournament. In the next round, the U-14 team will play the derby against Fluminense on June 06th, in Laranjeiras, at 18:30 pm.
