The Mais Querido under-17 basketball team started the playoffs phase of the State Championship with two victories over Fluminense and qualified for the semifinal stage. On Saturday (28.11), at home, the red-blacks beat Fluminense by 93 to 39 and last Friday (04.12), in Laranjeiras, they beat the tricolor team by 80 to 50.

The boys begin the best-of-three semifinal stage next Saturday (12/12). The first game of the series takes place against Tijuca Tênis Clube, at 2 pm, at the Hélio Maurício gym, at the Gávea social headquarters.
