Teichmann returns to the basketball court
Two months after undergoing surgery, player is released by doctors

Power forward Guilherme Teichmann has been cleared to return to training with Flamengo's adult basketball team. The player underwent successful surgery to remove a testicular tumor in December 2011, and recent tests indicated no need for additional treatment. Teichmann will now undergo monthly medical monitoring for the next three years.
"I'd like to thank my family, friends, and everyone who prayed and rooted for me. Receiving the news was very scary, but the surgery was a success, and I truly believe in my full recovery. Now I just want to get back to playing and helping Flamengo in the NBB," said the player.
Flamengo is second in the NBB standings, with 14 wins in 18 games. Pinheiros, with one more game, leads the way (16 wins in 19 games). The red-black team's next match will be on February 23.02rd, against Joinville, at 21 pm, at Tijuca Tênis Clube.
