Taya Gallizzi is a Mengão player! A native of Santa Fe, the 31-year-old Argentine pivot, standing at 2,05'XNUMX" tall, is another addition to the club's defense this upcoming season.

With extensive experience in his country's basketball, Gallizzi was elected to the Argentine league's ideal quintet on three occasions: in 2021, 2023 and 2024. For his national team, Taya was a two-time Pan American champion in 2019 and 2023, and an AmeriCup champion in 2022. He also participated in two World Cups, in 2014 and 2019, and the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2021.
