After winning two titles in the last two weeks, Flamengo's under-17 basketball team defeated the North Carolina (USA) team, 91 x 44, in a friendly match, this Wednesday (01.08), at the Hélio Maurício Gymnasium, in Gávea. The top scorer of the match was the red-black Junio ​​Duval, with 18 points. Fernando scored 13, and Alef Cesar and Léo Medeiros scored 12 each.

The teams will face each other again this Thursday (02.08), at 16 pm, again at the Hélio Maurício Gymnasium, in Gávea.
