Flamengo plays against Tijuca Tênis Clube at the opponent's stadium at 20 p.m. this Monday (April 08th) in a postponed match for the 04th round of the New Basketball Brazil (NBB). Tickets cost only R$29, but fans who purchase their tickets wearing the red-and-black jersey pay only half price. And those who bring a companion wearing the sacred jersey at the time of purchase also receive a second ticket. Sales begin two hours before the game at the Tijuca box office. Qualified for the Playoffs as the NBB leader with two rounds to spare, the team is playing to maintain its strong momentum and is counting on the fans' presence at the "Caldeirão."

"The next two games won't affect our standings, but they will help us prepare for the playoffs. We'll play the same way we've been playing so far, especially because our opponents deserve all our respect. We'll play with our best. Today we have all our players in playing condition, and we'll go onto the court already thinking about what we can improve," said coach José Neto.

Even though he is not 100% recovered from a sprained left ankle, shooting guard Vitor Benite will take to the court for the match.

"I'm fine. I spoke to the doctor yesterday and, since I don't have any pain that would really keep me out of the games, I'm fully capable of being on the court. I'm ready and I hope to be as helpful as possible in these two games," he revealed.
