Fans choose the best time for Friday basketball games
A poll chose 19 p.m. as the ideal time for the two-time Brazilian champion to play in the NBB.

Flamengo consulted the nation and, after conducting a poll on the club's official website, determined the best time to host its basketball games at the HSBC Arena. The nation weighed in, and 19 p.m. was chosen, with 34% of the vote.
According to André Guimarães, the team's supervisor, fan participation in this choice is essential, as they are the soul of the two-time Brazilian champion team.
"This initiative is spectacular, as our team is very connected to the fans. The fans have always embraced the players, and it's only fair to ask for their opinion. The show on the court is the team's, but in the stands they make the difference," said André Guimarães.
And according to the club's basketball supervisor, four schedules have been speculated for Friday's games. However, only two of them are viable for matches with TV broadcasts.
"We had four time slots (19 p.m., 20 p.m., 20:30 p.m., and 21 p.m.), and there was always some uncertainty. It was great to know that the fans prefer the first time slot. So, we can take this result to the League and the responsible TV station. In fact, when we have a live broadcast, the time needs to be 19 p.m. or 21 p.m.," explained André Guimarães, who apologizes to the other fans who preferred other times.
"Flamengo will try to maintain the poll's decision. We know that some fans can't make it at that time, but the majority voted at 19 p.m.," he concluded.
