With 30 and 28 points, respectively, the forwards sealed the game, which ended 90-69 for Flamengo against Campo Mourão. Besides Flamengo, Vitória is the other team yet to lose in NBB 9, but is currently in second place on points difference.

Playing away from home at the Belin Carolo Sports Center, Orgulho da Nação faced a tough game from their opponent. The first quarter was evenly matched until the final four minutes, when FlaBasquete led by 11 points and closed the first period with a nine-point lead (25-16). But Campo Mourão seemed unfazed, and with Betinho's three-pointers, they rallied in the second period and turned the game around.
But José Neto's men relied on the captain's decisiveness, who, after failing to score in the first two quarters, scored an impressive 25 points (5 of 7 on three-pointers) in the third quarter alone. This was the record for points by a single player in a quarter in this edition of the NBB CAIXA. Flamengo won the period 33-20 and opened up a large lead heading into the final quarter. After these 30 points, Marcelinho took over as the championship's top scorer, averaging 25,3 points.
In the paint, the work was also beautiful: with a double-double of 12 points and 14 rebounds, Olivinha, the top rebounder in this edition of the NBB CAIXA, was one of the highlights of the victory, alongside center JP Batista, who contributed 11 points.
