Returning to Tijuca Tennis Club, Flamengo and Vasco face each other in the State Championship

Saturday (25) is classic day at Tijuca Tennis Club. Coming off two wins, Flamengo hosts Vasco at 17 pm and battles to remain undefeated in the first round of the 2018 State Basketball Championship.  This will be David Nesbitt's first match; he reported to Flamengo on Tuesday and trained normally with the group.

After their victory in the first round against Botafogo, Flamengo hosted Niterói at Gávea and delivered a great performance, winning 100-36.

the opponent
Vasco started the Carioca Championship with one win and one loss. In their debut, the team played a tough game against Niterói, winning 62-53 away from home. Playing at São Januário, the team lost to Botafogo 82-74.

Dispute format
The tournament will be played in two-legged matches, with all teams facing each other at home and away. The semifinals will then be a best-of-three series, with the first-place team facing the fourth-place team and the second-place team facing the third-place team. The final begins on September 25th and will also be played over a maximum of three matches.
