The lectures were attended by Professor Luiz Antônio Moreira Jr., as well as Dr. Rauno Simola and Dr. Cláudio Cardone.

The CUIDAR Project (Unified Center for Identification of Performance Athletes), supported by Estácio de Sá University and Anjo da Guarda Rubro-Negro, was moderated by Izabel Rohlfs, the director of the debate. The topics covered varied fields of sports science, from structural variables related to bodybuilding to psychophysiological monitoring of training adaptations.

In the audience were several members of the club's technical committees, medical departments, and physical fitness teams from the Olympic sports. The exchange of knowledge among all these professionals aims to improve the training routines of the club's athletes, preventing injuries and treating them as efficiently as possible.

Professor Luiz Antônio Moreira Jr. began his lecture by highlighting the importance of this exchange of experiences, in order to make the Olympic Sport of the Most Beloved even stronger.

"This event is of fundamental importance for both professionals working in the field of rehabilitation sciences and those working in the field of sports science and sports performance," the professor commented. "I hope the lectures presented here today spark debate among us all and that these discussions extend beyond the physical confines of this room. They reach the pools, gyms, courts, and gymnasiums, becoming a routine part of our daily professional lives," he concluded.
