Welcome, Nutrieduc Clinic

CUIDAR's new partner is a platform created for the nutritional department to closely monitor the red-black athletes

Last week, the Unified Center for the Identification and Development of Performance Athletes (CUIDAR) entered into a partnership with Nutrieduc Clínica, a software that can create assessments and build meal plans, send diets via an app to athletes, and provide a nutritional monitoring module for the red-blacks.

Access is via a mobile app, where information such as rest results is transmitted directly to Flamengo's medical staff. The platform also allows users to register supplements and foods for use in diet planning, calculate macronutrient percentages relative to the athlete's current plan, develop a food diary function, record workouts and physical activities, and more.

For Izabel Miranda, Flamengo's Sports Science Manager, this is another positive step forward for the Center in training the Mais Querido's athletes.

"The app is another important resource to help monitor the eating habits of Flamengo's youth athletes, from youth to adult, which directly influences their athletic performance," celebrates Izabel.

The partnership term is 12 months.
